User Case Studies

Thirty Seven is new and exciting

So, while we would love to tell you about all the brands it has helped, we are preparing to compile those case studies.

But we are so confident those glowing reviews and examples will quickly follow we have already built a webpage to host them.

In the meantime, we can, of course, tell you about all the clients Media First has helped over the past 40 years. And how it has become known as the leading specialist communication training company. You can learn more about its clients here.

We can also talk extensively about The BCF Group and the organisations it has helped develop talent, inspire people and overcome obstacles and challenges over the past 25 years.

That’s nearly 70 years of unrivalled experience, wisdom and expertise at your fingertips.

But you want to hear about the AI, right?

Google Cloud

Well, we can tell you that Yoodli, the AI powering Thirty Seven, has been used by Google Cloud to help more than 15,000 people with their services pitch in a month.

The AI was used to create a bespoke pitch certification programme, which enabled the Google Cloud L&D team to easily track progress.

Just like with Thirty Seven, delegates could practice as many times as they liked with specific scenarios.

They received feedback on talking points hit and objections handled, together with analysis of their executive presence, pacing, listening skills, and more.

And the results have been impressive.

The training programme completion rate was 20 per cent higher than average Google Cloud courses. Additionally, the core metric increased by 100 per cent from the first Yoodli practice to the last session for each participant.

Jason Nager, head of go to market at Google Cloud, said: “The Yoodli rollout was such a success that Google Cloud is now using Yoodli AI coaching for additional enablement programs across the company – these range from employee onboarding to manager roleplay simulation and ongoing recertification.”

BDO

The technology that powers Thirty Seven has also been used by BDO Gisborne to scale leadership and manager training.

The New Zealand-based accounting firm turned to Yoodli to increase its leadership and coaching programmes without impacting the quality.

It also wanted metrics on behaviour improvements and for people to be able to practice and develop their skills in a safe environment.

The company worked with Yoodli to create AI-enhanced programmes. This included developing multiple AI personas to test skills and providing a platform for users to practice, measure, and improve their skills.

The impact has been impressive.

100 per cent of participants reported improved confidence. And there has been a 25 per cent increase in the management capabilities of participants, including coaching and giving feedback.

Additionally, business leaders saw the impact and decided to complete the programme.

Pete Jarratt, an executive coach at BDO, said: “Yoodli has provided the perfect platform for clients to practice what we teach them and improve their capabilities. The feedback it provides is invaluable to improve behaviours.”

Kris Karauria, chief operating officer at BDO Gisborne, added: “We’ve been delivering leadership development programs for over 20 years, and for the first time, we’ve seen a 25 per cent increase in management capabilities, including coaching and feedback skills, in just one program cycle.”

Fortune 10 Company

The cutting-edge AI technology behind Thirty Seven has also helped a Fortune 10 tech company train 200 of its Europe-based account managers.

Its Storytelling, Executive Presence, and Influence training programme was designed to improve the ability of the account management team to influence stakeholders with compelling presentations.

It worked with Yoodli to create a safe space for them to practice and develop their skills after live training sessions and where progress could be easily measured.

Participants were given unlimited access to the AI and gained feedback on content, structure, and delivery. They also received suggestions on opportunities for conciseness and analytics on things like pacing, body language, and word choice.

The training had a completion rate of 97 per cent, and 94 per cent of participants who engaged with Yoodli four times reported improved confidence.

A facilitation lead at the company said: "Yoodli simulates presentation practice at scale and is the perfect augmentation of live training sessions.

“Yoodli for enablement teams is like a medical report for doctors. It helps us save time, be more efficient, and quantify progress.”
